MarketPlace-Solutions.com has been providing direct mail services and marketing advice for over 25 years. However the name has changed from Rosenberg Direct Mail & Marketing, to RPM Marketing, to MarketPlace-Mail.com and now to MarketPlace-Solutions.com.

The company is owned and operated by Steven and Bracha Rosenberg in Raleigh, NC.

Steven started off representing a company that specialized in high-impact business-to-business direct mail. They had boxes that cost $200 a unit and were highly targeted at “C” level officers of major companies. The practiced what they called the 2 x 4 approach to direct mail.

First, you hit them over the head with a 2 x 4 to get their attention. They once had a promotion that got a 98% response rate on 750 pieces! The company folded and Steven started his own marketing firm offering one-stop mail direct mail marketing solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Steven actively help clients find the best ways to market. Why? Because Steven's clients' success is a win-win situation. In addition to the marketing advice, MarketPlace-Solutions.com handle a project from concept to mailbox, including graphic design, mailing lists, low cost printing and mailing services. Steven even wrote a book called "Go Postal for Profit."

Direct mail: Surviving in a tough economy

By being a family-run businesses, we have had to adapt to survive and thrive. A few years ago, we wanted to integrate my direct mail experience with the Internet by putting together a coupon book that would also feature ads on the MarketPlace website.

Steven has a journalism degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign. He worked as a copy editor at the Jerusalem Post in Israel and served in the Israeli army. Steven says there was one rule in the army is every entrepreneur understands: "They can't hassle you more than 24 hours a day. After that, it's a new day!"

Steven sharpens his communication skills in by participating Toastmasters. He also enjoys bicycling. However, he has trouble finding people to ride with because he is so slow.

Bracha is the one who actually gets the mail out. Bracha and Steven have been married for over 30 years! This unique partnership means that clients deal directly with people who take responsibility.

Bracha has a masters degree in biochemistry from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

They have two wonderful children, Rachel, who lives in Washington DC, and Daniel, who is currently serving 2 years in the Israeli army. .

It's no secret how Steven and Bracha have stayed in business for many years. Their clients become our friends and we handle their mailing projects ON TIME and ON BUDGET. No excuses.
