MarketPlace-Solutions.com prides itself on offering low-cost mail service pricing. However, we cannot give you a price quote until we know exactly what you want to do -- and how many you want to mail.

Simple to understand pricing on mailing projects

We try to keep pricing simple so the customers understand what we are doing. We have an import fee, where we take a list, add ZIP+4 and prepare the mailing to get the lowest possible postage rates. Unlike some competitors, this import fee is standard, regardless of the size of the list.

All of our addressing services include putting a full address, including the barcode to get the automation discounts, on the mailer. We don't charge by how many lines the address requires. Our mail service pricing includes bundling, putting the mailing into trays, and taking them to the post office.

If required, we offer National Change of Address processing at a minimal charge. This service is valuable if you want to keep track of your customers.

Pricing does vary on the piece that is being mailed. Postcards take less time than merged mail letters. Also, there is a certain amount of time required to set up the machines and run to the post office. All of these are factored in when we give you a price.

We cannot give you a price for postage until we actually have the list in the office. Postage is postage -- and we do not mark it up unless you wish to pay by credit card. We request that North Carolina businesses make out the postage check directly to "Postmaster."
