4" x 6" Postcards Get Special First Class Mail Rate

The Post Office has a special first class rate for postcards that have a maximum size of 4" x 6."

This special rate is not applicable to bulk mail.

The question is: When is it better to use the first class postcard versus a larger bulk mail postcard?
